Hello my name is Tamimmanar. My nickname is Tamim. Maybe this is my first post so let me tell you my story. The meaning of my name is “A good Leader” so I have ambition to be a good leader. I was born in Jakarta on 28 March 1997. I graduated from my school in 2015. In 2015 I joined the goverment university in North Sumatera but after 3 months I had to resign. And now I am studying in Bina Nusantara University. So I will tell you about my orientation in BINUS.
The first day we had to meet our senior in BINUS Syahdan. The senior that stick with us from orientation day called BC in BINUS. This campus have three steps in orientation, they are General Orientation (GO), Academic Orientation (AO), and Campus Life. BC said that we must wear the white T-Shirts and black trousers for the next day. So in the next day we wore the uniform that have been told by BC.
I had many friends from the orientation. We talked shared about experience each other. In this course we had to followed the Binusian 2020 yel yel. I think it’s a bit weird. And then we sang a Binusian Mars.
In the last day in General Orientation we had to perform our own yel-yel. So the “kompti” lead is to do a yel yel. After that we had to choose our UKM. I joined two UKMs, they are BNCC and Paramabira. I think this is the best choice for me. After the fair we went back to home.
For the peak for GO we had to atanded the Inaguration. We went to JCC for inaguration. There are many performances. So we enjoyed the show. And of course we had to wore an almamater jacket to aprove us that we have studied in BINUS.
After the GO finished, there is AO or Academic Orientation. Yes this section will be tough. We had a trial class in audit, lab, and of course the class room. AO held in two weeks. In the middle of AO there was HTTP (HIMTI Togetherness and Top Performance). HTTP was welocoming section for Computer Science students. It was fun in the end. There was like a party.
I had a nightmare because there was a final exam for AO. The material is coding. I didn’t have any idea what could i do in this exam. I was’t prepare well. So I got zero for the test. But this would be my lessons.
Finaly we got our daily campus activities. Campus life is a collage activities. So that’s all!
